FAQ
A:
This test kit is very sensitive to moisture, so its performance may deteriorate when exposed to moisture, so open it only right before use and use it within 10 minutes.
A:
When stored at room temperature (2~30℃), it is valid for 24 months from the date of manufacture. Be careful not to store the test kit in the freezer.
If you store it in the refrigerator, leave it at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes and then use it at the same temperature as room temperature.
A:
When using whole blood rather than plasma or serum, use an EDTA-tube to prevent blood coagulation and hemolysis.
Hemolyzed blood turns the result window red, making it difficult to read the results.
When using plasma or serum, the results are easier to read due to the stronger line intensity and clearer result window compared to whole blood.
A:
Rapid Test is based on Lateral Immunochromatography technology, and positive tests detect target molecules
(antigens or antibodies) using a double sandwich method using detector and capture.
The Rapid Test is a qualitative test and tells you whether it is positive or negative. Regardless of the sensitivity of the line,
the appearance of a test line should be considered positive.
However, the test is not 100% accurate in all conditions. Therefore, whether it is positive or not must be determined along with clinical findings and test results.
A:
If the amount of feces is not mixed at about 30mg as indicated in the manual and an excessive amount is mixed or if fecal particles are dropped excessively,
the result window may become dark and a weak brown false positive may occur.
Often, brown fecal particles and mucus-like substances are mixed into the sample, and these substances cause false positives.
Therefore, in these cases, it is appropriate to interpret the test result as negative.
To avoid this phenomenon, it is recommended that the amount of feces be around 30 mg,
wait a while after mixing feces and diluted liquid, and use only the supernatant after the sediment has settled.

We recommend that our diagnostic kit be interpreted based on results read within 10 minutes.
Due to the nature of lateral-flow-based technology, non-specific reactions sometimes occur after 10 minutes and test lines may appear,
so results after 10 minutes should be ignored. However, if it appears faintly within the test time (within 10 minutes),
it may be a case of low titer. Our diagnostic kit is never intended for definitive testing,
so in this case, please judge positive or negative through a comprehensive diagnosis by a professional veterinarian along with clinical results and other test results.
